About Me

I’ve worked as a physical therapist in the the homes of older adults for a decade. I've helped thousands of families navigate the practical and emotional challenges of aging and illness. While working closely in my patient’s homes I’ve had the opportunity to see the many ways different families handle this stage of life, as well as seeing the stress most family members experience when they’re suddenly thrown into the driver’s seat without any training or preparation. After seeing so many families struggle with the same concerns I decided to start offering support and resources to help family members work through the tough questions, the guilt, and stress they all seem to share.
